The cheap price (for 4BD/4BR) is definitely not worth it. Go somewhere else if you have the choice.
I love this place! Anytime I have had any issues the staff has helped me get them resolved fast. I've told all my friends in Lexington that this is the place to live!
RecommendedI’ve enjoyed living at the Wyatt and consider it a great place for students to live. As we all know, student housing is flawed and typically overpriced, but the wyatts pricing aligns well with what they offer. The staff (especially Ashley and Sean) have been great and are a huge part of the experience. My only cons are guest parking, as it is extremely limited (most of the time not a big deal) and the WiFi (which isn’t the easiest to fix). Margie is an amazing general manager. Things go wrong some times but she does a wonderful job of trying to fix them and succeeds all the time. Ashley is also an amazing staff member. She is kind, helpful, courteous, and does everything with a smile on her face! 10/10 recommend The Wyatt for their tenacity and refusal to let a single resident go unhappy!
We moved my son in yesterday & this place was disgusting!! They supposedly painted/ touched up the walls but the paint doesn’t match the paint already on the walls. The place stunk to high heaven. The toilet seat or lid was not even attached to the toilet. We made a trip to Home Depot so my husband could get it fixed. Also bought carpet deodorizer & a towel hook. Looks great from the outside but the inside was NASTY, of coarse his room looked nothing like the model they showed us. Don’t rent from this place...I wouldn’t walk... read more
Very convenient location for students and friendly staff that is always willing to help out.
They just got under new maintenance management and all the problems we've had since the beginning of our lease were fixed within a few days of the new maintenance starting. The most recent reviews were true but things have definitely gotten much better. Plus it's pretty close to campus and even closer if you have class at SA/VS which I do.
This place is an absolute dumpster fire of an apartment complex. The management is completely ridiculous. After not charging utilities, like they said wouldn’t at signing, they are now charging it all at once. The apartment is dirty. I have walked down the hallways multiple times where dog poop was left on the carpet. The grass areas are full of dog poop. Guess parking is minimal and crappy even though there is plenty of available space. Would not recommend signing here, take your money elsewhere.
