This place is a dump. Do not live here. Crazy.
Office does not care about you. Had stuff stolen and wanted to switch apartments had to pay a fee to switch apartments overall bad expeeience at this place . Stay awaay
I hated living here for the 14 months that I did. So many issues with maintenance. Staff was unprofessional. I can’t explain how much I hated living here. One time our ac was broken for a WEEK in the middle of the summer. Told the maintenance guys the first day and nothing happened (even after multiple calls and numerous visits to the office)
If there was a - star that is the review I would give. The customer service of this establishment is the worst I have ever experienced. I have been trying to get an issue resolved for almost 2 months: Mr. James, the manager will not return phone calls or emails. An unauthorized payment was made from my daughter's checking account in the amount of $1500.00 was taken out and we are still trying to speak with someone to get the issue resolved. Extremely disappointed.
EDIT: If you get a place "as is", expect to pay around $300 in cleaning and replacements for the mess the last person left. The units themselves are fairly nice (I'm happy with them). If you're lucky they'll clean up the previous tenants stuff before moving you in. They gave me a room (that was not "as is") and the previous person did not move anything out. I spoke to the office about it and they kept saying they would come by to clear it out but after about 4 days I just too...Continue Reading
Clean, spacious and the perfect location. The staff is friendly and extreamly helpful with any need you have! A lot of fun activities going on, couldn't ask for more!!
