I lived at the complex for two years, one year when it was the Collegiate and one when the Wyatt bought it. Both times the management was awful! All they care about is getting leases, they don't care about keeping their residents happy after they are locked into a lease. I would call with problems and never hear back. The only time I would hear from them is when they would want me to renew my lease. They throw a lot of parties but anyone is welcome so you don't need to live there to join. I don't live at the Wyatt, but I visit a lot. It's clean, and the staff is very friendly. They take care of anything that needs done. I would highly recommend the Wyatt, it's part of the BBN. !!!!
The Wyatt is great for its location. That's it. It's way to overpriced and they lock you into a lease for a year then try to get you to sign up again. Then when you can't afford it and try to move out you either have to pay a ridiculous amount or try and find some idiot that wants to pay $700+ for an apartment most likely while there in college! The Wyatt honestly sucks!
I'd give it a zero if it were possible. I don't understand how one place can be managed so poorly... I have been lied too on multiple occasions about charges that I was charged after being told by the incompetent leasing staff that there would be ZERO additional charges for switching units, EVEN BY THE MANAGER! No where near enough parking, hallways and stairwells are filthy. And they didn't even do a pre move-in inspection on my new apartment, trash and just absolute filth everywhere. Avoid this place at all costs.
Their website says "live at the Wyatt" but it's more like DONT live at the Wyatt. My biggest regret is signing a lease at this place.
