I love this place and the people here. Its nice to have an auto repair shop with such high integrity. I've been bringing my personal and work vehicles here for 5 years now and I know I can trust Rick and his guys to give me the straight story, fix it right and charge me a fair price. Kudos to Rick & crew!

When I go to the Wrench Connection I know that I will be treated with respect. I know I not going to be taken advantage of. I know that my vehicle will have the absolute best care for the absolute best cost!! The shop is clean. The restroom is clean. Rick and his staff and employees are super kind and highly trained. I like the fact that Rick will educate me on what has to be done and why. He takes the time to listen and to assess the problem. He often tells me what is not a problem.
I am recommending THE WRENCH CONNECTION to EVERYONE!!!!

Absolutely a great place to go! If you want your car worked on by trustworthy, honest and knowledgable experts, then you need to go to The Wrench Connection! One of the great things about going here is the personal experience too. Customer service is outstanding and being able to build a rapport with Ricky is huge in today's world especially. I highly recommend The Wrench Connection.

What a great experience I had at Wrench Connection. They are such honest people. Rick was very thorough in checking over my vehicle. He was patient and determined to locate the problem.

Without a doubt one of the best auto repair experiences I've ever had. The staff is very patient, trustworthy, communicative and understanding. They made great recommendations, and the repair was done very well and quickly. I have some more work to do on the car and I'll definitely be bringing it back.
