I love this place and the people here. Its nice to have an auto repair shop with such high integrity. I've been bringing my personal and work vehicles here for 5 years now and I know I can trust Rick and his guys to give me the straight story, fix it right and charge me a fair price. Kudos to Rick & crew!
When I go to the Wrench Connection I know that I will be treated with respect. I know I not going to be taken advantage of. What a great experience I had at Wrench Connection. They are such honest people. Rick was very thorough in checking over my vehicle. He was patient and determined to locate the problem. I would highly recommend him.
Without a doubt one of the best auto repair experiences I've ever had. The staff is very patient, trustworthy, communicative and understanding. They made great recommendations, and the repair was done very well and quickly. I have some more work to do on the car and I'll definitely be bringing it back.
