I purchased my wok set from here after reading great reviews and recommendations. I haven't yet received my wok (but am completely confident in its quailty) but the customer service has been outstanding. I have never before ordered anything online to receive a personalized email with estimated ship time to my state, plus recommendations on how to care for my new items, from a responsive and knowledgeable human who can answer questions! I'm so excited to receive my wok and expect a long and happy life together with it. :D
