RecommendedI wanted to let others that have placed orders and have not received them, that my order, placed on Dec 4th, was received today, Dec 21st. I, like others, received no replies to my multiple emails. I received a shipping notice on Dec 19th and the wok was delivered to my son in Seattle 2 days later. I can't speak to the quality of the wok, as it was s gift, but just thought others concerned about their orders would like to hear my experience.
Answer questions about order status
As everyone else has stated. placed an order 12/5, both phone numbers can't reach anyone, won't answer email, won't answer online contact. All I can do is file claim with bank so I can get money back.
I will amend this later should things change however purchased an item on 12/6 confirmed but have had no updates on shipping. phone line is off the hook and emails go unanswered. not ideal customer service
I was e-mailed a shipping confirmation Nov 30 and received my wok on Dec 12. I thought they had never shipped it because the tracking info never updated up until the 11th, where before that it said USPS was still awaiting the item...but they must have had it because on the 11th it was in NY. So just updating that it took about two weeks to receive my wok after my online order and it works well. I ordered the flat bottomed pow wok made in the USA and so far so good, seasoned well after burning off the grease it arrived with.
I placed an order on Oct. 27th for a wok and have yet to receive any shipping/tracking info. Customer service is non existent as I’ve called both numbers on their website daily to follow up with an order and no one answers. I’d 100% recommend purchasing your wok from another store.
Spoke with owner August 12, and she recommended a specific wok stove, and she told me it would arrive in 5 days. It’s now August 26th, she refuses to ship stove, and she refuses to cancel the sale, so Paypal will release my funds. She has left dozens of hateful emails, calling my wife, (who she’s never spoken with, nor emailed) all kinds of nasty names, all because I keep calling this owner out for scamming customers. Placed an order a month ago. Spoke with a women several times who kept telling us she was going to put the Wok in the mail. Each time we spoke she had another story about why it hadn't gone out & how she was going to add a special birthday card or accessory. So today we called again & she said it would go out today at 4pm their time & she would email us the tracking #. We never received the tracking # so we called & she acted like we hadn't spoken that day! I give up. She is very rude & the Customer Service is non-existent.
Placed ordered about a week ago, Have not heard anything. Tried to reach them via email and no response. Very deceptive practice.
