Placed an order on June 22 and haven't received my order or heard anything as to why its taking this long. Tried emailing and no response. Finally asked my bank to perform a chargeback.
I ordered a wok and accessories June 5th. they took my money immediately, but I still have not received my order. No communication from them, and when I call their number, the phone just rings until it disconnects. not ok.
we have had absolutely no response as to when our order will be placed. there's no indication on any of their platforms of delays in shipping.

I order stuff all the time!!! I live in Michigan and it’s always the best day ever when I get my products!!! I recommend this shop all the time for knives and everything!!! My goal is someday to actually visit the store!!! Thou I def know I need to save up caus I’m gonna buy everything
One of the best places in Chinatown. You can find everything and the owner is a very kind lady. Reasonable prices.
