The Wire is an excellent place to live. The amenities are amazing and are very useful to have right in your building. The apartments are very well done, I have seen many different layouts and apartments. They are very similar but are very high quality. Additionally, the location is perfect. I have been living at The Wire for over a year now and it is a great place to live, no matter what your age may be. It's location is central to downtown Omaha/The Old Market as well as Creighton University. The amenities are phenomenal with indoor parking, a gym, the rooftop community area as just a few of them. I would highly recommend The Wire Apartments to anyone looking for an apartment in Omaha.
The rooftop deck provides you with some of the greatest views of the city. The apartments within are spacious and well designed. Highly recommend it.
The Wire is a definitely the first place I would recommend if moving downtown. The upstairs entertainment area is great to socialize and meet new people. Apartments are clean, spacious and updated. Great place to live!
The Wire is a great place to live in downtown Omaha. Close to restaurants and shops, along with an awesome rooftop deck and a beautiful common area, great for larger groups. Highly recommend!
Been to The Wire a few times, as I have a few friends that live there. Every time I'm there it's clean, comfortable & totally hip. I dig the views, the pools, the meeting spaces, all of it. The tenants are always friendly too! Live here, I recommend it.
I have been living at the Wire since it first opened three years ago and there is a reason why I renew my lease every year. It is a great space with awesome amenities. The staff is attentive and will make sure that the residents have the best experience possible. The manager has even gone out of her way and responded to questions and emails during weekends to make sure that every issue is addressed/taken care of.
The floor plan was great amazing management! Close to entertainment and the interstate if you need to head out of Omaha.
