These apartments are great, folks. Let me tell you, these apartments are the best. Believe me. If you rent an apartment at The Wire it's going to be big, it's going to be huge.
I've lived in the Wire for two years and could not be more impressed with the entire experience. It starts with an excellent apartment management staff, friendly culture with all different ages and backgrounds. The apartment amentities such as the roof deck and indoor gym are so convenient and great for entertainment. The personal indoor parking spaces also are a plus since I never have to worry about shoveling my car out from the snow. From the lakes of Minnesota to the hills of Tennessee, it's hard to top the amazing scenery found right here in downtown Omaha. The views atop the rooftop here at the Wire are breathtaking, and with the option to grill and/or swim using the numerous rooftop amenities, you can't ask for a better setting to enjoy a beautiful Omaha evening.
The Wire has the best rooftop views of downtown. There is abundant seating and places to gather. The apartments are clean, spacious, and give you a real sense of home. I doubt there is a better place in Downtown Omaha
The Wire has the best common areas of any apartment building in Downtown Omaha. The rooftop with the pool is top notch. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to live downtown.
Love the location, not too far from downtown, still away from all the craziness. Huge shout out to the management - very helpful and prompt. Love these girls :) Love the SS appliances and the updates. Rooms could be bigger, but the amenities make up. Pool open 365, multiple party/lounge rooms. Friendly staff. Lot of Creighton kids, but management makes sure the parties don't get out of hand. Overall, a great place for young professionals and students.Cant go wrong with choosing the wire, esp if you work downtown.
This place is great, next to Creighton campus, downtown, lots of cool areas restaurants within walking distance. My favorite part about living here is the view, but what makes this place truly stand out is their attention to the residents. Melissa and the entire team and property managers do a phenomenal job attending the needs to the residents. Their support is what makes this place stand out! Great job @thewireomaha
I absolutely love The Wire! Apartment staff and maintenance are very helpful! I have never had a major issue that was not fixed within 24 hours. Also, I love how close it is to the Old Market!
The Wire is located in walking distance to downtown as well as to Creighton University. The amenities are fantastic and everything is always kept clean for the residents. The management is great - easy to talk to, and quick at responding to inquiries. The price is fair for the amenities and the convenience of being close to downtown. I would absolutely recommend The Wire Apartments for Junior and Senior undergraduate students of Creighton University who are looking for an upgrade from the dorms.
