This is a great apartment building to live at. There are multiple amenities (gym on the first floor with TV's, rooftop barbecues and pool area with multiple communal rooms with TV's and kitchens, and indoor parking for my bike in the garage). I feel really safe and secure in the building also and the maintenance crew is ready to fix anything right away, as small as replacing one of your light bulbs. The staff at the front desk is super helpful and friendly. Rooftop view on top of the sky deck is awesome!
Love the pool and the rooftop view. The top floor tall ceilings are a big plus as well.
I have lived here for a year and still love my apartment layout and all of the amenities!! It is a perfect location whether you want to visit downtown Omaha, Midtown/Blackstone, or even Dundee and Benson!!
The location is perfect! It's so close to Creighton and downtown so you get the best of both worlds! Great place for undergrads and recent grads!
Great downtown location and place to live! I've lived here almost a year and a half now and any problems are always quickly solved!
I love living at The Wire! There is tons of community space to do homework and hang out with friends and family. They have 4 grills on the rooftop that I use about two to three times a week. Some of the amenities include a pool table, swimming pool, and a gym. The Wire is within walking distance to Creighton University and downtown Omaha. I have lived in The Wire for a little over 2 years and love it! The amenities are fantastic and a great place to hang out with friends! The view of downtown is great and it is easy to get anywhere in town because it is conveniently located on Dodge St. Whenever I have a problem or need assistance, the staff is quick to respond and very helpful. Great for living and working downtown. So easy to walk to work - very quiet, and staff is helpful if you need anything. The rooftop is absolutely the best part! Swimming, watching tv, or grilling up on the roof is so easy and very well kept.
Great location and great management. Close walk to many downtown venues.
