My older sister moved here about 3 years ago, and we've never been disappointed with the Wire. I basically lived with her until I officially signed the lease under my name this year. So so happy to call this my home. The neighbors are all courteous and friendly, as well as the entire staff team. Every maintenance request has been addressed in a prompt manner, and the facility itself is always maintained and cleaned. I've recommended it to everyone I talk to! Don't miss out.
There are a lot of great things about the wire--but by far the best is the communal space on the roof. It has a pool that is indoor/outdoor depending on season. The roof deck itself has grills for use and incredible views of the city. It's an awesome place to have a drink and watch the sun go down. Plus its a good opportunity to meet people if you're new to the city and looking for friends and fun. It also has a sweet location downtown which means you can walk to the farmers market and other downtown spots!
I've lived at the Wire for almost two years now and love it! The amenities are amazing and really provide you with everything you need. With the winter coming up, not having to go outside to workout is a huge perk. The location is amazing too if you are looking to venture to the the Old Market, Century Link Center, Creighton, etc. Maintenance issues are few and far between but are always resolved quickly by the staff. Overall, I couldn't be more happy with my two years at The Wire.
I have only lived here 8 months and I absolutely love it! The Wire has been such a fabulous place to live. The building has a really fun design with lots of great added features like an exercise area, studying/entertainment spots, and a beautiful roof top and pool to access during the summer months. The Wire is in the perfect location for anyone who wants to be close to Creighton's campus or the downtown area. This will be my third year living here and I've loved the Wire! The location is perfect for any Creighton students wanting to be by campus and downtown. The building is well-kept, maintenance is very helpful, and the ladies in the office are great!
Clean, safe, downtown and close to everything you need! I love my apartment and my view of the city! I love the rooftop And pool as well!!! Would definitely recommend this place!

My nephew has lived at The Wire for over 2 years. The management has been so incredibly helpful. From the moment he moved in they have given personal attention to him and the rest of his family. There is a safe feeling in The Wire as security is well thought out. Finally the amenities are really nice and we have been able to have gatherings here with everything we need. We really love these apartments!
I moved into The Wire at the beginning of summer and I love it! It's a great community and has many options of space for hosting people, studying, and enjoying the outside while still being downtown.
