I’ve really enjoyed living at Wing Song Apartments in Pontiac. The community is quiet and well-maintained, and management is responsive and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. Overall, it’s a comfortable and reliable place to live!
My first review was deleted, so I’ll just put it back up! The rules are not enforced here! I will be breaking my lease soon. The marijuana stench is unbearable! It stopped for some time but now the tenants just wait until staff leaves for the day and they spark up again! I would too if I knew I would just get empty threats. No I don’t want to speak to anyone in the office. I know of at least 2 people who have already reported the noise and weed smells to management and nothing has been done so I’m not going to waste my time ... read more
I’ve been living at The Wind Song Apartments for about 5 years, going on 6, and honestly it’s been great! Maintenance is super fast whenever something needs fixing, and the office team is always nice and helpful. They also do fun monthly events for residents, which is a nice touch. Plus, the indoor basketball court is awesome! Overall, it’s just been a really good place to live.
⭐☆☆☆☆ RUN!!!!! If I could give negative 1000000 stars, I would. I’ve lived in some rough places before, but nothing compares to this. From day one, this place has been an ongoing nightmare — constant aggressive infestations of roaches & ants, leaks, cabinets falling, toilets flooding, ceilings collapsing, and maintenance doing the bare minimum to “fix” it. I can not say enough good things about the Windsong apartments! I moved here in 2022 during a divorce and needed a place to relocate too quickly. The office manager, yuvette was my first point of contact, she understood my situation and got me into a unit right away, the process was seamless. At first I didn’t know what I was getting, and let me tell you for the prices it doesn’t get better than this!
