Beautiful rooms great food all staff was very kind to everyone that they greeted and came across
After a little confusion at check-in ,John did step it up and after that we could not ask for better time in Washington dc, great hotel and great city to visit.
We stayed here on our spg points for two nights on a city trip with our dog. The Westin was the only hotel in the area that would allow dogs no matter the size so that our 76lb yellow lab could join us. All the staff we met in the hotel seemed to genuinely care for dogs and our Sam and we got to enjoy a nixe stay. They do have a dog bed and dog bowls abailable even though I think it was made for smaller dogs, it's the thought that counts. 4* only because the rooms are a little bit on the older side and the doors in our rooms... read more
