Great service, the food is healthy and tasty. Love this place!
Very comfortable, extensively appointed rooms, very courteous and attentive staff, and very handy location. Near everything worth seeing in DC but in a quiet enough neighborhood (for a city) that it's reasonably peaceful at night. Far from cheap, but a nice place to stay in the Georgetown area of Washington.

Awful service. As other reviews have mentioned, the accommodations are fine, but guests at the hotel are treated like a massive inconvenience. We had no unusual requests - but when we showed up to the hotel mid-afternoon the day of our booking, we weren't allowed into our room for several hours, and were even hung up on by hotel staff when we pressed to understand what was going on. We were charged for picking up and putting back down (completely unopened) two snack items for sale in the room - because the "sensors" went off... read more
