Great selection of cheeses, they will let you taste every one before you buy.
Had a wonderful lunch with a variety of meats and some plates with heirloom tomatoes and melted cheese. You can order ala carte off the menu which is always a great way to or opt for including some of the special offerings of the day as we did. Definitely a nice place to have something a little lighter and different.
Made a reservation on Open Table. When we arrived we were told they didn't check the computer so we would have to wait at least 20 minutes to be seated. If a restaurant is not going to utilize the reservation service or honor it then maybe they should not be listed. I'd love to be able to rate the food but we didn't habe time to washout because we had our kids at a babysitter. These time constraints are why I made a reservation in the first place.
Amazing service and exceptional quality! The Welsh rabbit provided cheeses for the CSU Vines to Wines club, they were knowledgeable about the wine pairings and created an amazing experience!
I went to the bistro alone, which is always a Good test of a restaurant. Good selection of cheeses, excellent choices for small plates, and a team of really good waitstaff. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the experience, and will be back.
As the artwork adorning their cheese bar reads, this place truly is All Mirth, No Matter. The Welsh Rabbit Bistro is a regular date night spot for my husband and me. Even though The Welsh Rabbit is a tryst for us, it also feels like coming home. The folks are welcoming, caring, and attentive to make our sojourn there a needed respite from the whirlwinds of life.
The Welsh Rabbit has a 4.8 star rating with 247 reviews.
The Welsh Rabbit is closed now. It will open tomorrow at 9:00 a.m.
