The girl working was very knowledgeable. My kids loved the cheddar that was chosen for us and paired with the salami this made an amazing snack! We will be back for sure!
Every experience at the Welsh has been incredible. Excellent selection of cheese and small plates and a thoughtfully prepared wine list and flights. Local beers, which also pair well with cheese (I highly recommend Mercenary IPA with powerful welsh or any of the cheddars). Love the comfortable seating and overall atmosphere.
I went In to see about getting some new cheeses today after attending the car show. We walked around and looked for about 15 minutes and tried to get an idea on the cheese selections. The girl working was talking to a friend and never stopped talking long enough to see if we needed any help. I guess cheese is sold in other shops and stores, so that is where I will keep my using ss.
So so good love this place. .. great for date night!
Came down from Cheyenne for the day, absolutely loved the Welsh Rabbit! We got six different cheeses, three meats, and also split the Sage Quail. Everything was incredible! So delicious, we even went into the shop and bought more after! The service was great, wonderful atmosphere, and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back again!
I stopped in completely by accident. Actually I stopped because as I walked by I saw a group of people laughing and enjoying themselves looking incredibly relaxed and happy. I was stressed and wanted that too! It was exactly what I needed. A seat in the sun where I could see the mountains, incredible cheeses, smoked duck and a rose wine that has me re-thinking rose! The experience completely changed my stressful holiday shopping day into a relaxing stroll through a beautiful city. THANK YOU!!!
The Bistro: the best place in town to sit and catch up! The Shop: SUCH AN AMAZING SELECTION! Both: Knowledgeable staff, I love this place!!!
