We took our Edge Optics staff there for a team building night. It was excellent!!! Great experience, wonderful waiter, delicious food and wine. We'll be back soon! Xo

I placed an out-of-state special order for a cheese platter for my grandmother’s birthday. The owner was incredible. She designed a beautiful collection of tasty morsels, sent photos for approval, and arranged for delivery. I wish I lived in Ft. Collins so I could thank her profusely in person. We first went to the bistro and had an AMAZING experience. The cheese and wine selection was awesome and the prices were very reasonable. The service was great and we were never wanting for anything. We loved everything so much that we decided that we had to go to their shop right around the corner and buy some cheese to take home. The girl running the shop was very friendly, attentive, and knowledgable about all their cheeses and we ended up buying a couple different things.
