By far my favorite cheese shop in Fort Collins. I absolutely adore the Honey Chevre and the Lemon Ricotta. I also appreciate that you can sample everything.
Chef Nate is very knowledgeable and takes pride in the products he uses. Love this place.
I loved everything I put in my mouth! we tried 5 cheeses, 3 meats with bread, seasonal fruit, almonds and olives. we also shared a couple of desserts and each had a flight of wine. a great experience!

Great staff, yummy bread and an excellent selection of cheeses with great prices. Small and intimate atmosphere. If you like what you had on the menu, you can visit their cheese shop around the corner and buy some to take home. Highly recommended.
