Covid date nights are hit and miss. The Welsh Rabbit hits it out of the park. The service is stellar and the food is everything. You must go.
The tasting menu is exceptional, delicious, and creative. The staff is as wonderful as the food. The ambience is warm and inviting. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Hats off to the owner/chef Nate, who greeted us at our table and our waitress Tatiana who was beyond lovely, gracious and fun! Kudos to chef Cam for his delicious masterpieces.

I love this place. Nate is always creating the most delicious goodies, using fresh and interesting ingredients. I always feel welcome and "at home" the moment that I walk through the door.
Nathaniel and the rabbit are a local treasure.. always great , innovative and mouth watering dishes.. chees and wine pairing like no other.. and the best coffee at the end of a great meal!, !, Miss you dear friend❤️🙏🥠🍷🥂☕️
We have been going to this great little place since it first opened. We have never had anything less than a great experience.... We went in on Saturday night March 7, 2020. And we had the best experience Ever! We loved the apps, the food, the desserts, and the drinks.... We always do, but Our server (Aubri) and the food runner (Kenzie) were completely awesome! We had the Pico Melero, Red Butte Hatch Chili Cheddar, & Honey Chevre cheeses, followed by Bison Pastrami and Spanish Chorizo. Then we had Seared Broken Arrow Quail, potato pancakes with cider cream sauce. The Smoked Duck Red Bell Pepper Pasta. And we polished it all off with a divine Cheesecake. Highly recommended!
A great place in Fort Collins!! Good cheese and nice people to meet!! When in Fort Collins - it is a must to visit!!
