If u need a referral or paperwork filled out they are very slow about that. Social Security send them paperwork and didn't even fill out within time frame they denied me because of this. The new doctor on west grand blvd doesn't listen to your need and she will keep changing your meds if u don't come with prescription bottles all that suppose be in computer already smh
Go see the pros in the dental dept at the Outer Dr location! From the wonderful Ms Ashley and Ms Lois handling admin, to the back with Ms Mel & my boy Kadeem, to Dr B making sure our smiles are healthy & white! We love them all! Easy to make, in & out appointments, with professional staff in a clean environment - where CHILDREN can get seen as well. Highly recommended by The Mitchell Family
Needs to be posted: no customers 30 minutes before closing. I was just turned away even though the staff is there and the doors are open per the posted signage. They need to post this: they stop seeing people at 1/2 past the last hour on any given day.
Poor service and bad attitude.
