All renovations were completed except the blacktop in the parking which they were doing. I loved this place, all new decor and beautiful! Our room was spacious and clean. Staff at check in, check out, the new bar and restaurant all extremely courteous and helpful. We got a ride to the golf course across the street, and we called for pickup back to the hotel and they were fast. Staff has been outstanding. Attending an Executive Conference while dealing with a knee injury. Staff has helped with getting me ice for my leg-unpacked-shuttling me around on the golf cart...couldn't have made what could have been a very difficult trip, actually fun!!! Thank you!!!
It's a nice place with a lot of potential but there needs to be more attention to detail. There are many pros and cons, this the 3star rating. I didn't stay there but went for a conference. Had friends that did stay and they weren't completely happy. And as a conference attendee, felt like they could've been better prepared for ur group knowing for months we'd be there. The one star is for the super friendly staff and the main pool. Stayed here for a conference and was very disappointed to find that the restaurant was closed due to much needed renovations and no discount on their rates. Our room was nothing like the photos either and the bar fridge wasn't stocked at all. I have never stayed in a 4 star hotel without complimentary breakfast and an empty bar fridge/no access to tea/coffee facility or at least well stocked.
