The worst coffee we have ever experienced We have to walk across street to hyatt to Starbucks or do without. Prople swimming in the pool with their clothes on. People in the pool who were not staying here. I felt unsafe.we saw a guy hanging around sitting on rocks after he went in pool eith no key. I will not return. La quints was full and basically this hotel ruined my trip!so disappointed! This was a yearly thing we did but now guess I’ll fly to Arizona or something
Front desk seemed overwhelmed. They were 40 mins late in getting our room ready and did not page/call me as said. When I went to get our room there was no complimentary anything, just a confirmation that my phone number was correct. No explanation on where when what time the restaurant closes. It closed at ten pm and room service stops at eleven pm. Service Was slow with six people at the bar. Amenities were great. Staff needs way more hospitality training.
Pretty good. Place sold out so staff is challenged like any resort would be.
Great staff very clean hotel pools atmosphere and entertainment at Frank's place the best.
Loved everything about this hotel. The property was very clean and quiet. The staff was amazing too.
