We had a lot of fun, but the lobby bartender was overwhelmed, because you couldn’t use plastic at the outdoor ones. Need to have that fixed, most don’t carry cash except to tip thes days.
5 Stars for the rockstar bartender Karen in the lounge. She makes incredible margaritas. I was here two previous nights and they were good, made by two different bartenders, but Karen makes truly outstanding drinks. Like the lounge/bar renovation but the service and the mixology is what makes it. Karen is the Queen!
Check in was awesome and got bumped to mini suite due to hubbys gold membership. Karen at the bar is amazing and so are the drinks and food. Room was fabulous. Only downside children at the adult pool! Maybe monitor that or put signs up. We will be back!
Relaxing place. The grounds are beautiful. The pools and cabanas are refreshing. The remodel is beautiful. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The spa was wonderful (ask for Alejandro - his hands are magical). The room was large and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed coffee on my private patio. Will definitely tell my friends.
