The massage and facial were fantastic. I would highly recommend Monica for a massage and Sky for a facial. The newly redecorated spa is nice but could use a little more updating. Check out at the reception desk was a bit frustrating as they could not understand how to run a gift card through the system. The new open air cabanas are a nice touch too.
Top notch Hotel I consider 5 Stars! The one word that comes to mind is Tranquility with its beautiful landscape, decor and Spanish style villas. The welcoming desk clerks, staff and food servers are superb. We will definitely come back and stay.
The grounds are lovely. The front-desk staff were helpful & friendly. Breakfast in the restaurNt was tasty. The room was never cleaned during our 3-day stay. Service was poor to mediocre throughout: restaurant, poolside, housekeeping, wedding I attended. I’d stay somewhere else on a return trip to Palm Springs/Palm Desert.
Such a BEAUTIFUL and relaxing week of sunshine and beauty! Beautiful grounds ..and just love the Palm Desert area! Only reason we didn't extend our trip was because of Easter with our family!

Excellent food, I had the citrus salad with the wild caught King Salmon on a bed of riced cauliflower and pesto. It was excellent!
Wonderful stay at this charming gem. Old world Spanish style meets updated fashion in a relaxing indoor/outdoor venue. Pool by day and firelight by night. Friendly and helpful staff topped it off.
