Incedbly knowledgable about the area and the market but would have appreciated a bit more "hands on" experience as it had been 6+ years since purchasing our last home. The closing paperwork came down to the last minute despite having almost 2 months to prepare the documents and ensure that they had everything needed to guarantee on-time closing. Arrangement of title compnay and inspection was however flawless.
