Kim Crane and her team were a wonderful group of women to work with when my husband and I were searching for our first home. We are new to the Cleveland area, and were fortunate to work with Hope Yantek (Kim Crane Group-Howard Hanna) when searching for our home. She was helpful orienting us to the west side, our preferred location. She showed us many homes, and was patient as we ruled them out one-by-one. Many were lovely, several were interesting, but none felt like home. Finally, Hope sent an email with a listing that was right for us. We are happy with our home, love the location, and are grateful for Hope and all of her help.
