This place used to be my mainstay gym and awesome. Now it's just outstanding. They now have lap pool, hot therapy pool, saunas and so much. Loving being back at an amazing gym and home!

It's been 8 looooong months since I walked through the doors of the weight room gym (by force). It was the last place in the world i wanted to be. However, God knew it was exactly where I needed to be and who I needed to be with.
