Amenities include: pools, sauna's, whirlpools, largest work out floor in OKC with more unique equipment than any other facility in the metro area.

A lot has changed since Weight Room moved to Lighthouse! If these changes wouldn't have taken place, I probably would be working out elsewhere. The restrooms are always clean and most of machines are working! Thank you Wanda! Great job & keep it up!
This is the best gym I've ever been to. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, not stuck up like you find at other "health clubs". The personal trainers are beyond amazing! Aaron Atkins keeps me extremely motivated and is very affordable. Thank you for your help on this journey!
The staff at this facility are some of the best in their fields: from Water Aerobics to Yoga! Personal trainers available. Cheery receptionists! I look forward to going 3x a week.
A real WEIGHT room. Not flashy, just good solid weight room. Can't speak to the rest of the stuff. Pool, classes, etc. Sadly, the Wi-Fi is not dependable.
