Great all around gym. Lots of good amenities.
By far the best gym north of I-40. Great atmosphere every time I go in either morning noon night or 3am. Weights are racked, equipment is clean and everyone is hit'n it hard. Really forces out your best efforts. If your goal is self improvement (physically, mentally or like me you use the weights as self therapy emotionally) this is the gym you need!😎
Well, my rating has dropped momentarily due to a couple of things. I liked it the first couple of months due to all the amenities; but now, not so much. Half of the cardio and strength training equipment is always broken, inoperable, and filthy (not going unnoticed by others either). I love the fact that it is 24 hours, but it may be time to shop around. I was going there with a trainer, but by comparison I am not sure that it is worth the price anymore.
