Amenities include: pools, sauna's, whirlpools, largest work out floor in OKC with more unique equipment than any other facility in the metro area.

They have a LOT of equipment and their weights go up in five pound increments. Also had a healthy vending machine, which is hella dope!
This is where my body has made the most changes!! Motivating place and I love seeing people with great bodies..makes you push yourself to work harder!!

Wanda and staff members are awesome, come and check the gym out. Everyone in the gym works hard and they take pride in their facility. Supplements galore��
