The Best gym in the metro, bar none! A gym where real progress is made!
Was in OKC for 10 straight days. Picked up a week membership. Great place to train, lots of machines and options to fit your style. Will be a regular when I travel to OKC.
Great atmosphere. Staff very happy to help. Straight forward and to the point facility, get after it and get it done!!!!!
Well it's great for hard core workouts n just working out in general. N has some really good trainer's to. Great atmosphere.
