I put in four maintenance request and within thirty minutes they were here and had me all fixed up before another thirty had went by! Dale and Chris were efficient, clean and thorough!
My AC stopped working, so I put in a service request. Less than a few hours later, Chris and Dale were at my house working on it. It took a couple of hours because the coil in my AC had gone bad, so I had to get a new one. They communicated with us throughout the entire process, letting us know what the problem was and what the next steps were. They even came back the following day to follow up and make sure we were enjoying the AC. Thank you so much, Dale and Chris — I really appreciate it!
