Dr. Z and his staff are extremely welcoming, professional, fast and efficient. I went for my first appointment expecting to be there for hours but I was seen almost immediately after my paperwork was complete. X-rays, consultation and alignment were all done in less than an hour. So, if you have a super stacked schedule like myself but need a lil’ TLC... this is your place! Dr. Z goes in depth on your X-rays with you and shows you everything he will be working on. I will recommend Vitality to everyone I know!

I’m 45 yrs old. My back has varied from uncomfortable to flat out hurt for 20 years. I walked into Vitality Chiropractic today in total discomfort. Dr Z gave me hope when I thought it was lost. It had been a year before I met Dr Z where my left knee wouldn't bend to at least 90 degrees. Some days were worse than others, many times where I needed help just to get up from sitting on the couch. I seemed advice from a orthopedic surgeon and numerous physical therapists, their answers were to exercise and rest or surgery to lengthen my IT band. Dr. Z has taken me from practically immobile and in tons of pain to playing golf and lifting weights regularly. I Was recently even able to go on a 3 mile run with minimal pain afterwards. I have a herniated L-5 disc and a bulging L-4, and I believe that seeing Dr. Z has allowed me to return to an active and fulfilling life without having back surgery.
