When learning we would be moving back to Illinois, we immediately thought of Kristy. She was so helpful 3 years ago when we sold that we thought she has to be just as incredible now when we buy. Second time using her services and if and when there is a third….we will be calling Kristy again. Walt did a great job of marketing our home. The photography work was first class. Despite a prolonged period to finalize some necessary work on the home Walk never lost site of the goal selling the home for best price. When work was complete the home sold almost immediately due to Walt's management of prospective buyers.
