Lived here for 2.5 years- it was riddled with cockroaches (they make you pay for extermination, which never worked), the hallways with carpets hadn’t been vacuumed AT ALL in the first two years I was there- so I vacuumed them myself. The place is filthy. This company only cares about making money. The underground parking wasn’t safe and the units are made with cheap materials that break - which they make you pay to repair. I lived there for one year between 2018 and 2019. It was amazing place with friendly people. Mr. Aly Amery was very nice person and help us too much. I would like to thank him and all people there.
