I was visiting Halifax with my family to view a couple of places and this one stuck out to me. The location, the price and the customer service blew my mind. Brittany showed us around the property and treated us like family, she went above and beyond and ensured we had all of the information needed - she even texted after the appt thanking us which you never see. I just have to share we stayed in Alberta(which is a shame) and will be looking for next year and hope Brittany is there to take care of us again.
Lived here for 2.5 years- it was riddled with cockroaches (they make you pay for extermination, which never worked), the hallways with carpets hadn’t been vacuumed AT ALL in the first two years I was there- so I vacuumed them myself. The place is filthy. This company only cares about making money. The underground parking wasn’t safe and the units are made with cheap materials that break - which they make you pay to repair. The tickets are being closed without resolving the issue and without confirming with the complainant whether he is satisfied with the resolution provided or not.
I lived there for one year between 2018 and 2019. It was amazing place with friendly people. Mr. Aly Amery was very nice person and help us too much. I would like to thank him and all people there.
