The Village is such a nice place to live with tons of activities for everyone. From providing a pool for the residents, to the volleyball court, workout center, and pool table there is always something to do! It's a great place to live!

My girlfriend and her friend lived here this past year. They were charged 600 a piece each month for a less than ideal space to live in, and on top of that they were charged "overages"of at least 40 dollars each month rent was due. The maintenance crew was extremely slow about getting things fixed. There was black mold on the window panes, it was just an all around awful experience for them. I would suggest you take your money elsewhere.
They suck. The apartments suck, and management sucks. They raise the rent constantly for horrible quality apartments. Live anywhere but in the village!
There so many less expensive places to live in Huntington. It took nagging the office for weeks to get maintenance help in our apartment. The office staff is extremely rude. It's noise. They charge you for whatever they want and claim it's overages. One person lived in my apartment for two months and they said we had overages. Not possible. I wouldn't recommend anyone to live there
I love Huntington, I love Marshall University but if you move up to the area do not live in The Village. They are shady and will charge you for things that don't even make sense. Listen to me, DO NOT live there. It is not worth the cost. The way they just add "overage" charges to your account is insane. They should be put on blast on Facebook, I honestly don't care anymore.
