RecommendedThe rental community is exeptionally nice and the staff is great in assisting from the initial application to a perfect fit in a unit that suits your needs. Special thanks to Adam Terry at the Village for exceding world class expectations in helping me with anything as a resident. I can't express my gratitude to the entire staff for making me feel at home there. I highly reccommend the Village on Sixth Avenue.
RecommendedThe Village on Sixth provides many necessary amenities, includes utilities, and personal rent. Krista and Sydney at the office are always optimistic and more than willing to help out in any way, but the other staff members, not so much. There is no included WiFi and there are a fair share of party animals, so if you work and/or do school full time, be wary of that. Otherwise, it is not too bad of an apartment aside from needing renovated inside.
If I could give 0 stars I would. We have not had working air conditioning in my apartment for 3 weeks tomorrow. If maintenance had not put a mobile unit in our living room, this place would have been unbearable last week. I still couldn’t sleep in my room at all last week because it was so hot. I love always paying my rent early just to not even have working air conditioning. honestly one of the worst places I have ever lived and I've been in the student housing market in Huntington for a long time now. stay away.
For how much I pay a month you’d think all the “amenities” would be available all the time.
Me and my friends are looking for someone to take over our lease. It is a 4bedroom 2 bathroom. So before you go sign for a lease please take ours!! It starts on august 1.
I've had a horrible experience and I do not recommend this place.
