Absolutely terrible living experience. They find every little thing to charge you for. They never respond to maintenance requests in a timely manor and MOST of the staff is rude. Do not recommend.
Listen to all of the 1 star reviews! All the other 5 stars are fake. Some of them even repeat sentences. It's like having the Mafia as your landlord. They'll hustle you for money while not getting what you pay for. If you're already a resident, GET OUT! If you aren't a resident and doing research to see if you want to move to the Village, find somewhere else to live! If you have lived at the Village then you should know what I'm talking about. If I could give this place less than one star I would. The apartment wasn't even cleaned prior to when we moved and is so outrageously priced for a four bedroom apartment. On top of rent they also charge you overages every month. The staff here is rude and has no care for you, all they want is to get as much money out of you as possible during your stay and also when you try to leave.
The village is a great place to live. Within walking distance to campus and very affordable.
The Village on Sixth is a great place for a college student to live. I lived at the Village my junior and senior year and loved it! The all inclusive utilities make it so simple and affordable while going through school. Parking is included which is great. It's close to campus and everything is so easily accessible!
