RecommendedMove in was quick yet the apartment wasn't cleaned prior to move in.. despite this it's a very nice apartment for the price I am paying and so far I have no complaints other than that:)
Horrible service and they are cons! Make sure you read the contract throughly! Overall, had a horrible move in experience with them last summer and had to meet with them numerous of times to get simple things fixed that should have been done before i moved in. It only allows me to add one picture but here’s one for a quick reference.

RecommendedThe VILLAGE has the best pool out of all the apartments in Lansing!! And they always have free popsicles and are so friendly!!
Very accommodating staff and organization. I got a text about a package then forgot about it. They sent a reminder text. And even as I arrived to the office after hours on a national holiday, the property manager himself saw to it that I got my package.
Great place to live.
