RecommendedI am an international student and Chandler Crossing is the first place I got to stay in the US. I like it so far and I will always recommend it to my friends.
I love living here and the amenities are great. Marcus is a very helpful worker and is always ready to assist people as they come into the office.
Clean and up to date apartments, safe buildings with the outer key fob access needed, friendly staff, punctual maintenance, amenities are amazing!! Nothing to complain about here!!!
This Site Is Very Peaceful.
This place has been nothing but a nightmare. I moved out in May and left my room cleaner than how I found it. And just today I received a bill for $710 for outstanding charges for items we cannot even decipher. They are greedy for an easy buck, and they feed on poor college students! Do yourself a huge favor and rent somewhere else!
Horrible customer service, would never recommend to another person, the place is disgusting. Came in and my apartment was dirty when I moved in, carpet smelled like cat pee. Could never get in contact with them, kept getting sent to voicemail. Answering service was of no help and they don't respond to emails, If you'd like any help then you have to go in to talk to one of the staff that have no idea about anything that you're talking about. The staff is INCREDIBLE! They are so helpful with all of our needs. They make life easier and enjoyable at the chandler crossings! Wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.
