RecommendedBeen living at Chandler Crossings for almost 3 years now and it's a great place to live as a student! Apartments are very nice, comes with a lot of amenities, and the office and staff are awesome! Thanks to Mariah Baez for always helping out when it comes to any concerns I have at the office!
I really enjoy living here. I recommend the prompt and active help I always get from the leasing office. Amyja at the leasing office has always been polite and clarifies all the concerns leaving no confusions. Even now, she has helped me get the best possible rates for my extended stay. She is a got to person.
The units are really good and well furnished to my needs. The price is extremely affordable depending on how early you sign the lease or renew the lease. The staff is extremely helpful and look after your best interest. Amyja helped us in renewing the lease guiding us through each and every process really smoothly. She was even kind enough to take our requests for early move in with the management as well. Overall I would recommend The Village for it’s extremely well furnished units and well behaved staff.
A’myja, Andrew, Brandon, and Austin always keep it real and help me with all the things I need every time I come in. Definitely recommend them to resolve any of your housing issues or signing a new lease.

Really appreciate the helpful staff at the leasing office and the resident engagement activities regularly organized. Especially Brandon who has not only been very helpful and accommodating throughout the year but also helped me renew my lease for another year! As for the apartments, I found them to be clean and well maintained, I have had a pleasant experience overall and would recommend to people.
I am extremely upset with the service at The Village at Chandler Crossings. My daughter’s refrigerator broke two days ago, and she had to throw away a two bags worth of perfectly good food. Today, they said that it will take four days to get new parts for the refrigerator. They never came to the apartment to look at the refrigerator so I am unsure how they would know what parts to order. It is unfortunate that I am unable to speak with anyone of authority to rectify the situation.
I love living here.. everyone in the office is always so helpful especially A’myja she’s been great, and Jordan always has a smile on his face.. ohh and the service guys are on point anytime I have a problem.. I looked around a lot for a place to live I’m glad I settled at The Village...
The Village has been a great place to live so far! Everyone has been very accommodating, including the maintenance people. My roommates and I are very pleased so far and we are looking forward to a great year!
