About every month I have to call the front office and get my online statement due because they try and charge you more than you're supposed to be paying, a lot of the times is the same mistake they made the month prior...
Haven't lived here for long but so far I'm enjoying my time. Leasing was made quick and easy for me. Staff is helpful and welcoming, every time I see them I'm greeted with a smile. Pool area looks amazing next to the sun in the mornings. And the club house is always looking festive based on the season. So many events I never know which ones to come to but it's always easy to make them because there are so many. I made a great choice to live here😊
Living at Valley View Villas is great because they care so much about their residents. This is shown through the little extra things they do for us. The staff is always welcoming and the events they put on are thoughtful and fun. I would reccommend living here to everyone.
