Good place but front office always has to ask someone else for an answer to your question.
I love living here at the Valley View Villas. I love the atmosphere that the workers give for us here. They are always having fun and coming up with cool stuff for us residents to do there at the clubhouse. They make sure everything is taken care of and makes us feel like home away from home. The staff has such wonderful people and I have never had a problem with them! Living here at the VVV, has made my living college experience exciting!
The VVV is is a great place to live! The new management has done a great job at making the community safer and overall better. Three great things I like about this place include the 24hour gym, Pool, and dog friendly environment.
I’ve lived here for a while and I have no complaints. The staff has great communication with residents, and they are engaged with the community. My lease ends in July, however I do plan on extending for another 6 months.
I love living here! The property has really come up. I enjoy all of the amenities, especially the steam room and the 24 hour study rooms. The shuttle system is great because we know exactly what time is will be at VVV and on campus. The houses themselves are also really nice. It is resort style living for college kids, which honestly it is unheard of. Getting my own bathroom, room and walk in closet is a step up for sure from community bathrooms and tiny beds like the dorms.
Everyone's very nice and helpful. The complex is gorgeous. There's always great events to relive stress as a college student. I love this place!
It's a very clean, fun, and active place to live!!
