At first I was pumped, but I really see this as all hype. First of all the cottages aren't built yet. How do we know that something with less than a year of construction effort to a whole community won't be cheap and flimsy just like lobo village or casas? They want you to sign a lease and pay 550+ a month for something that doesn't exist yet.
