I would not recommend this place at all!! The property itself is nice but management sucks. Like all the reviews say they are not helpful. I got stuck with roommates who are all family members and it sucks, you take a survey in the beginning to match you with likeminded individuals but the people you end up with are loud and dirty. My vehicle also got stolen here and they were no help, they only have security here like once a week for a few hours and when I requested if they could check the cameras they said they didn’t see ... read more

Do not rent here! It’s dangerous, and the apartment complex will not take responsibility. Instead they charged $1500 for a party and $300 for trash. The trash was not dumped due to the active police investigation. They totally ignored the fact that there was a random guy allowed into the complex who is now wanted for attempted murder. It’s the THIRD shooting in a window of a couple of weeks. No cameras around the complex either...It looks great, but don’t be fooled!!
If you want to take a chance on popping your tire on their faulty spike strip, this is the place for you. If you go to the front office to report it, expect the manager Sarah to go hide in her office and refuse to meet with you. It has happened to numerous people and yet the complex takes no accountability.

I am looking for someone to take over my lease do to some personal/medical reasons. They will not let me break my lease (even on military TDY orders) if it’s not longer than 90 days and because it is medical related. If anyone is interested please let me know ASAP. I am trying to be gone May/June.
Great place to stay, for the right price too! Allows pets and has a pool and sauna room. The cottages are spacious too with a nice outside area too.
