Verified Renter I do love this building and the staff so much. The guys in Maintenance are SO helpful and awesome, the front desk staff, especially Jay, is wonderful - so friendly and welcoming.

Jose is exceptional in all aspects of his work and commitment. Because of the Victor's exceptional team we have recommended the Victor and Windsor properties to many of my Peers.

Verified Renter Great management, pandemic has changed things severely however. Unfortunately we renewed at start of Covid. Similar buildings offering significantly reduced rates with up to 3 months free. Would be open to staying at better rate / terms but will not renew at same or slightly less. Next lease will need to reflect current market value or we will not renew

Verified Renter The leasing office were approachable and did a good job on the tour. Administrative work was relatively easy. I would like to thank Jennifer for that. Concierge was amazing in holding my packages before I moved in, and ensured all of my packages were transferred from the amazon hub lockers to the package room. I would like to thank Jay and Cardi for that. Lastly, maintenance was great and responded requests within 24hrs, and meeting all of my requests. I would like to thank Jay and Santiago for that.
