Verified Renter I moved into my apartment at The Victor about a month ago, and since that point, all of my expectations have been exceeded. Nothing speaks to the hospitality here more than my move-in experience though. I completely forgot to pickup my keys prior to moving and my movers were coming at 7 AM. After frantically talking with the concierge (who was extremely friendly), Jay (one of the managers) dropped everything that morning to get ahold of maintenance and was able to get me my set of keys. Verified Renter Maintenance crew deserves a five-star review! Jose and Santiago are constantly working hard in the building to keep it up to a high standard. Jose has been terrific with repairs in the apartment. Always very helpful and I never hesitate to allow access when I am not around, knowing they will take care of it and leave the unit clean.
Verified Renter Trying to find a new place to live during covid-19 times was challenges. Greg and the Victor team made the process a breeze. Move in day was seamless as well. Since then it has been smooth sailing. The actual apartment has been a joy to live in. All staff members are helpful and friendly. Couldn't have made a better choice.

The apartment is beautiful, the common areas are clean and tidy and pleasant to be in. I really am thrilled about living here. The people down at the front desk are friendly and professional.
