The service, friendliness, prompt response, and fixing the need on the first visit is unmatched from my previous experience at other properties. Jose in maintenance continues to be a friend to the tenants, and this visit involved Wilson who also greets everyone every time he runs into you. Excellent team and great service which continues to be a reason for positive tenant experience which keeps up renewals.

From the leasing office, to the concierge desk, to the maintenance staff, they all do their best to treat the residents with upmost respect in a very friendly manner. AJ at the Concierge Desk and Jose from Maintenance are two of the best people you could ask for as far as making residents feel welcome and cared for. It all stems from the top with Natasha's leadership and the team she has put together. Really enjoy living here.
