RecommendedI’ve lived in Nacogdoches for almost 5 years, and this is the 3rd and last apartment complex that I’ve lived at during my time in undergrad and grad school. I’ve truly seen how far this place has come since I first moved to Nacogdoches! The amenities are great, especially the gym and cycling/free workout area. I’ve loved the amount of privacy as well. I love living at the Overlook at Nacogdoches! The staff is super nice & helpful. My issues have always been addressed quickly & the environment is great. I would recommend the overlook to any student looking for somewhere to live in Nacogdoches!
I moved in in August and haven't had many issues! The apartment is clean and came with furniture, which was a big plus for me. The rooms are a great size and it's great having such a big closet!
When I first moved in there were a couple of issues with the unit, but there were things that were done with in a day and there’s a few others things that took time, I love the view from my apartment and the renovations to the club house are great!
My experience at the Overlook has been great. Great place to live and I have thoroughly enjoyed living here! Great environment and amenities!

staff is very helpful. dog park is well kept and dogs are friendly. the gym is open 24/7 which is a plus. and the study rooms are really handy when the library study rooms are filled.
I have lived here both in undergrad and now in graduate school (so in total about 3 years) and I have truly seen the transformation these apartments have done in the last few years! The renovations that took place have been great and the updates to the clubhouse have been even better! I love being able to study all night in the study rooms and pick up my packages at any time now! I always recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for a fully furnished apartment for a great price!
I just recently moved here & my stay has been amazing thus far! New furniture, work orders taken care of within a day, new carpet, etc. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone moving off campus!
