I have a lease takeover for an apartment at The Verge (for a female) It is a 3 bedroom phase 2 (newest model), it has 3 bathrooms, mutual living area, mutual kitchen area, washer&dryer, and they are also FULLY furnished. They are pet friendly! They also have many amenities for you as a resident to use at any time!
